Hello, my name is Sam Neylan. Having grown up my entire life in a real estate and mortgage banking family, I am no stranger to the joys and 
realities of real estate. I have a passion and an enthusiasm for people to realize their goals and to then help them get there. I enjoy identifying people's needs and wants and then matching them with their custom fit solutions!I have spent my entire life in people centered capacities and truly believe that listening is the greatest tool in understanding what a person really needs and in gaining genuine credibility.
In addition to knowing the real estate market and in addition to matching you with your perfect property or your property with a perfect buyer, my greatest goal is to maintain a trustworthy reputation and to deliver every detail with excellence and skill.
I consider it to be a way of life, really.
